Regional Science Fair Winners!

Help us congratulate the following Fifth grade Labs. They worked very hard and represented our school and district with honor and pride at the 60th Annual USC Region II Science and Engineering Fair (Junior Division).  There were 500+ students in our division!!

Jessica Whitlock: Outstanding Achievement - Best Twenty Awards for 5th grade "It;s Not All Fun and Games" - What Effect does Video Gaming Have on Your Health? 

Riley Robinson: Outstanding Achievement - Best Twenty Awards for 5th grade, 3rd Place - Best 3 of Twenty Awards for 5th grade, 3rd Place - Geological Sciences and $25 "Temperature Turbine Twist" -What Effect Does Water Temperature Have on Hydroelectricity Power Output?

Sophia Ritter: 2nd Place for the Belle W. Baruch Institute Award for Excellence in Marine or Environmental Sciences and $50- "Sinking Ducks" What effect does detergent have on the buoyancy of duck feathers?
