Kindergarten is Fire Smart!

October is designated Fire Safety Month and is sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) , but most schools and fire departments do a major focus on Fire Safety the second week of October. This past week, the Bear Creek Fire Department in Blythewood, SC visited Langford's Kindergartners. The kindergartners learned all about the tools a fireman uses to perform his/her job, the firetruck, and ways to stay safe if they ever were in a situation with a fire.
